The mobile app lets guests browse the menu, customize items, pay securely, andtrack delivery in real time— no aggregator account required. App-store copy highlights the guest flow (effortless ordering, customization, real-time tracking) designed for quick repeat orders.
Courier tools, built in
A courier-mode within the same mobile app supports flexible scheduling and performance/earnings tracking, reducing context switching and simplifying rollouts to drivers. (These capabilities are described in the iOS and Android listings under “For Couriers.”)
Admin & POS portal with PIN-protected access
The web admin at pos.krowamac.plprovides a workspace login with email, password, and PIN, giving store leads and operators a secure way to access operations. The interface explicitly labels it as logging into your “own workspace.”

Multi-location readiness
Krowa Mać operates in multiple Polish cities; the public brand site and local pages reflect the chain’s footprint — context the platform supports through a branded, direct-to-consumer channel.
